Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or services.

Effective date: June 1, 2025  |  Operated by: Seven Prints  |  Contact: sevenprintsca@gmail.com

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Seven Prints website, placing an order, or using any of our services (including our in-store Point of Sale system), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses our services, whether online or in person.

2. Services, Products & Orders

2.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Seven Prints reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and any payment collected will be refunded.

2.2 Custom Print Orders

Custom orders (gang sheets, DTF/DTG, large-format prints, etc.) require you to supply print-ready artwork. By submitting artwork you confirm that:

  • You own or have the right to reproduce all images, logos, and content in the artwork.
  • The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • The content does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Seven Prints is not liable for colour variations due to monitor calibration differences or substrate properties.

2.3 Turnaround Times

Quoted turnaround times are estimates only and begin when payment is confirmed and print-ready files are received. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

2.4 Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of print products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or materially different from what was ordered. Defect claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt with supporting photos. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Payment Terms & Billing

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Interac e-Transfer, and cash for in-store purchases. All online payments are processed securely through our payment processors.

3.2 Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable GST/HST will be added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price confirmed at time of order will apply to that order.

3.3 Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize Seven Prints to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and fees, to your chosen payment method.

⚠ Important — Failed Payments If a payment is declined or reversed after goods or services have been provided, you remain liable for the full amount owing. We reserve the right to pursue outstanding balances through collections.

Seven Prints does not store, process, or transmit your full credit card number, CVV, or card expiry date on our servers. All payment card transactions are handled directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

5.1 Payment Processing

Online payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified payment processor. When you enter your card details:

  • Your card number, CVV, and expiry date are transmitted directly and securely to Stripe over an encrypted (TLS/HTTPS) connection.
  • Seven Prints only receives a transaction token and the last four digits of your card for record-keeping purposes.
  • Stripe's handling of your card data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5.2 In-Store / POS Payments

In-store card payments are processed through a certified Stripe Terminal device. Card data captured by the terminal is encrypted at the point of swipe/tap/dip and transmitted directly to Stripe. Seven Prints staff cannot view or access your full card number at any time.

5.3 What We Retain

For your transaction records we retain only:

  • The last four (4) digits of the card used
  • Card brand (e.g. Visa, Mastercard)
  • Transaction reference ID issued by the payment processor
  • Transaction date, time, and amount

This information may be used for customer support, dispute resolution, and financial auditing.

5.4 Chargebacks & Disputes

If you dispute a charge, we may share transaction data (including your name, order details, and the last four digits of the card) with the payment processor and your card issuer to resolve the dispute.

🔑 Your card security tip Always verify that the URL in your browser begins with https:// and shows a padlock icon before entering payment details. Seven Prints will never ask for your full card number by email or phone.
